Changed my rating from 5 to 1. At first the service was great and I purchased my sofas. I took out the extra insurance. A year on my sofas are falling to bits. The recliners not working. The leather is looking really bad. Customer service don't want to know. Never going there again.

Jon was our assistant, he was very knowledgeable about the furniture & was very friendly. He told us about the sofa & what it included. He told us about the warrentys we could have, including the length of the warranty. He didn't, however, include the price, we would have had it regardless because of the power recliner & we have a cat that might cause some damage with his claws, but it would have been nice to know as it was another £500.It is going to take 14 weeks for delivery so we have plenty of time to sort the decorating.I will update about the quality when we receive the sofa.

Walked in 1 door and out the other in about 3 mins flat. Same old DFS everywhere you go. Its not like it used to be when it first opened all those years ago in Darley Dale near Matlock

This was our last stop for sofa hunting, we could finalize the sofa without even a second thought. It was a 4 seater Zinc sofa( one of their hit products ).Our only issue was that we were shifting to a different city and the furniture was to be delivered there.But the DFS team were so helpful,furniture was delivered in time, sadly it didn?t get through the entrance door angle , so they had to take it back, we contacted them to exchange it with a 3 seater sofa, all done with the help of their contact centre team without much delays . Also, the final delivery of the 3 seater and its assembly was so good, they were quick & left the living room nice & clean , they even took the plastic cover/ wrappers & things with them . Please note you can?t contact the store directly in DFS its the contact centre you contact and they handle your concerns and coordinate with the respective store for you. It was an amazing experience with DFS, we are surely going to visit them in future. ??

Visited the store today, staff were not knowledgeable about their products. When questioned about an online product we were told that we need to be 100% sure before purchasing. However, they do not have that particular model in-store and could not give a good indication on what to expect. James sat and avoided any eye contact whilst his staff questioned him regarding an enquiry. Staff could not be bothered to make a sale, rather too busy with their chitchat. Very poor service and reading through the comments, most customers have had a similar experience. Would certainly avoid.
