I had to wait 10 minutes before being seen but they had amazing customer service and he didn't waste time with telling me what I had, which was tonsillitis. Very friendly doctor.

I changed from Well to here last year due to continual problems there. Asda are even worse!!! I have just been told no Metformin has been ordered because it wasn't on the list from my Doctor's surgery, so I went straight over the Doctor's and the receptionist said it was ordered. It looks like I will be looking for elsewhere which will be no hardship because I hardly go in Asda full stop these days, all round Asda has gone downhill ?

So shocking attitude of staff really disgraceful, go to collect medication come home items missing phone to ask why told script not sent over phone drs annoyed to ask why to be told yes it was sent phone asda pharmacy to be told oh yes we got it, really omg so another journey to pick it up, I find the staff appealing and rude, moving chemist

Went to get my medication to be constantly told it was out of stock, still waiting for some from a prescription sent before Christmas. Another issue was a wrong medication with wrong labels given to my daughter, I went and quietly explained to the pharmacist but did ask for someone to get in touch with us as we know this is a drug error. We are still waiting for a response

I made a mistake changing my daughters who is a heart patient pharmacy to these lot I need to change back now how have I been calling since all morning and no answer all the staff do is be chatting being the counter this is rediculous and after reading all the reviews I understand it's not just me

Is there even a manager in this store?? The staff need more customers service training. You can literally hear and see them standing together talking about each other and the management. The cigarette kiosk is a joke you can feel the tension with the staff customer service only chooses to help get the queue down when they are with certain staff members there. I couldn't even get out the isle as a staff member finished her catchup with a work colleague and stood in the middle of the isle on her phone...

Absolutely disgusting phone 20 mins consistently before there break and no one still answers, then phoned the asda store itself and got shouted at by a staff member because i wanted to know why they cant answer before there break and was told they don?t answer on there break which at 12.10 they still have 20 mins left so im struggling to understand why i was rudely spoken too by these ratty staff, deffo not worth the hassle cause when i go in to get my prescription i have ti wait half an hour but could have easily answered the phone and sorted before i got there for me too pick up , they clearly don?t care for there customers and rushing to go on break or leaving early for break

Young lady behind the desk extremely rude. Wouldn't bother with this chemist at all to be honest and reading several reviews with the same experience, I'd say they aren't going to either
