I strongly advise against ordering from this place. The customer service team was extremely rude. Our order had missing items, the chips were undercooked, and the peri burger was disappointing and far too small. The beef burger tasted like it had been sitting out for ages?cold and soggy. It took over an hour to get the chips replaced. I won?t be returning here again.

Had a mixed meat kebab and chips regular and the donner meat was dry and disgusting burnt to a crisp. Chicken kebab was next to non existent just a cheap tikka sauce and minimal cheap chicken. Chips were awful also. Wouldn't recommend at all!

Too interested in brother over you, slow service unless you're a brother...Waited 30 mins for a single pizza with others served before me so left without..I say this after a. Puerto Rican friend of mine did the same and will agree

Used to be nice food now it's absolutely disgusting...had a pizza with tandoori an cajion chicken n pepperoni an plain chicken ...the toppings are cheap an gristley and pizza dough dry as hell you carnt swallow it this is not fresh dough .. chips an fries horrendous will never order from here again ..people avoid

Had pizza today was absolutely horrible tasteless and all i could see was sweetcorns dropping off everywhere the price was very high for the horrible quality of food won't be going back there again

I made a order as normal, an accidentally processed the order as collection instead of delivery, are called the store and the guy I spoke to made no effort to get my order delivered to me so I had no choice what to cancel the order, also he put the phone down on me while I was trying to ask a question, which then required me to phone back to ask how long the refund would take, and apparently it's five working days, and he also stated that he can't cancel the order because he has to wait for a manager to come in to then cancel it. That is terrible service and I won't be ordering here again.

Went to great barr today ordered a pizza box it was lovely £7.49 nice portion size, called up for collection staff was frequently on phone when I went there it was quite busy but it was handled really professionally they was live streaming online too ( great for business).
Despite them being so busy they did not forget their manners which I liked the most great customer environment. Thanks for the food will be back next time.

Horrible pizza, it was freshly made but tasted like rubber, soggy fries and extremely expensive for a local pizza shop. Tried it to give it a go but highly disappointed. Avoid this place.
Only positives are:
Shop looks clean
And quick service (for collection)
Never again.
