Awful rude staff everytime, I want to specify it?s not the young staff that is rude it?s the staff aged over 35 and above that are absolutely rude, they lack basic decency and customer service, I avoid shopping here because of them

This WHSmith store actually closes at 5:20pm, please be mindful of that as I was ushered away from the door for safety reasons by an employee just before the roll blinds came down at 5:19pm. This store has an Inpost locker (far back, right hand side) which is great and really convenient for posting parcels!

Used to love W H Smith. Such a shame that its allmost empty of customers most days. Hope it doesn't close as the staff are nice people. The upstairs is now closed off, i guess its cheaper to get books, CD's elsewhere. With fewer people buying newspapers it looks dire for places like Smiths.

Nice and friendly staff. Although not a variety of things but you don't expect much from newspaper shops and convenience stores. So it is pretty good. Also gives reward in Vodafone app.

It is too expensive you can buy cheaper elsewhere especially the books. As for the lotto machine it is broken more often than its working, if the 1 at Sutton is broken they offer u a ticket in the form of a till receipt, at walsall a unpleasant staff member just says its broken.

It?s about time this shop was left in the past, it can?t possibly be turning a profit. Absolute daylight robbery the prices of the goods here. If you want to pay over the odds for goods shop here if you want bargains don?t bother
