I like to just browse there and the smell of the books are nostalgic. No noisy heavy musoc playing. Seats upstairs to read. Very quite and staff never pushy. Always people in there.Only gripe is the carpet is now looking its age and needs replacing.

I love waterstones. Never had a bad experience except from once but that was not the shops fault at all. Every store has really friendly staff who are more than willing to help or have conversations.

Book stores are amazing and I've been to many of them but this one stuck out to me. They have an amazing selection of books and the staff there are very helpful and very kind. Books there are around 9pound each on average.
