Terrible. Refuse to allow you pay off loans so you can get on with your life and not keep paying ridiculous interest rates. Will drag out small debts for years on end but not allow access to the money saved. With the amount I have saved I could have paid off a loan a long time ago but refuse to let me as it means less money collected in interest on the loan, while my saving are completely held hostage. You have to explain exactly why you need a loan and if they don't think your answer is good enough will charge you a higher interest rate. Website never functions, no statements, no way to reset passwords except to phone them, no way to adjust amounts paid or saved. Just old fashioned loan sharks with an office.

If your looking for a decent bank account, then look no further. I've been a member for over ten years. Never had any issues or bad experiences. The staff, They are amazing!!! If you have any questions or don't understand things they are aways there to help. Kind,caring and go above and beyond to help there customers. I will hope to be with them for another ten years+ Would of give ten stars if possible

About time I wrote a review. Have been a member for many years now. Staff are lovely friendly polite and professional. Have used various services savings ... loans etc. Always clearly explained. Wish all banks were as approachable and easy to contact. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service ? this organisation has got me out of a pickle on many occasion and am proud to say I became a member in it's very early days. In my later years I still find Walsave Credit Union a useful tool to help co ordinate funds for different bills and budgeting. I can see at a glance on the online app where I am up to and the Staff are marvellous either face to face or over the phone . There is nothing to lose by becoming a member and everything to gain. Hey! Even a fiver a week adds up! And you don't have to borrow you can just save for Christmas or holidays , clothes for kids uniforms etc , every bit helps. In fact the less money you have I would say more reason to join.
