I strongly recommend going to another Vodafone shop to assist you. You'll find it's a real struggle for them to complete the most simple tasks, You'll waste your time and money on repetitive visits to find they still can't do their job right, it's unfortunate to write such a review but if I can save someone else from experiencing the poorest levels of customer service then it's worth it. Drive the extra mile or 2 to a different shop.

very unhelpful staff waited about 30 minutes to be seen just to be told to go online to sort my issue, i would say they need some customer service training, very miserable young girl on her own with a guy popping his head from the back every now and then i will not be going in there again

This place is rubbish, nobody ever available to help,they just put there hands up and say they are busy,I will not renew my contract with Vodafone again it's rubbish,customer service is a joke,just like the whole company this is rubbish,go to EE they are very welcoming,avoid this at all costs this store is rubbish.

Went to this store, for help in setting up a vodaphone dongle. They informed me they couldn't.Went to another phone shop logged in through the i.p address on the dongle hey presto my account is set up. This cost me £5. Should not of cost anything. Just goes to show how much the staff in the store know anything. They are useless

Absolutely a waste of time storeStore staff are not trained to do anything!They all think they are the bosses but in reality i think they agency workers.They will waste your time even though they know your in a hurry.They will just take the p1ss.Picture of one of the staff who thinks she owns the place.

No long waiting time. The customer rep I spoke with was so warm. He listened to me and took his time to explain things in details to me.

Very bad service, the staffs told 30 mins to find out that they can't accept me to join the contract plan because I'm a new comer to UK with no credit, then I accepted to pay £10 for 7GB for next 30 days bundle, but the smart staff immediately updated the system to stop my current Sim card service and need me to wait for 24 hours for the new plan, I still can't make any call till now. If this is the case, they should let me to top up myself until my current 30 days bundle expired. It is very unprofessional and very inconvenience to me. Luckily my wife was with me and we could find the way home by using Google map. in her mobile
