The young girl, Libby at the front was lovely. Helpful and apologetic. However, her manager/Colleague, whoever he is, Simon was rude and dismissive. Spoke to the poor girl like something on the bottom of his shoe on 2 separate occasions in front of waiting customers. He?d obviously gone wrong with a customer as he ran across the bank outside on his phone after him with a panicked look on his face, then when he didn?t find him stormed back inside and said to her ?just tell me when he comes back in!? Not a pleasant experience for her or me. Awful branch.

I sadly have to say this is my main branch.
The reason i have say this is because the staff are very unhelpfull.
I went upto the cashier desk to basically pay my credit card bill with my debit card, but was told by the guy that this wasnt possible at this desk, and to go and find another member of staff.....is he work shy or what?
The next female member of staff said i could use the cash machine, or wait around for somebody else to deal with me.
I refused the machine, as i,m not really a fan of using them..and as for waiting around for another staff member ..certainly not when you have a guy on a desk serving no one !
What an absolute joke this bank has become...and the staff too.
Just do your job instead of making pathetic excuses for doing nothing.

first and foremost: staff are lovely!good people, professional ?but the machines (esp. paying-IN) leave a lot to be desired. they just don?t work properly.

Terrible service, the lady at the front won't allow you to go to the counter even though the counter was completely empty, absolutely crazy, avoid this branch.

Just wanted a statement printing out, said to sit and wait someone would be with me. Several minutes later said they wouldn?t be long. After 20 minutes we asked at desk if he could print me a statement out, took him two minutes. Went back and asked why I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes when they could of done it at desk in two minutes. Said as it was an enquiry I had to wait, just about apologised. There was enough staff in there to sort everyone in the correct manner.
