Terrible service, the lady at the front won't allow you to go to the counter even though the counter was completely empty, absolutely crazy, avoid this branch.

Just wanted a statement printing out, said to sit and wait someone would be with me. Several minutes later said they wouldn?t be long. After 20 minutes we asked at desk if he could print me a statement out, took him two minutes. Went back and asked why I had to sit and wait for 20 minutes when they could of done it at desk in two minutes. Said as it was an enquiry I had to wait, just about apologised. There was enough staff in there to sort everyone in the correct manner.

Unhelpful staff in this branch. They just ignore you standing there, no respect to customer. Bank closing time 17:00 but they close cash counter 16:30.

Rude staff, paying in machines weren?t working and rude blonde middle aged women told me to go to desk told her colleague at desk about person behind me and blanked me like I wasn?t there. Also bloke at desk didn?t apologise for wait and was quite moody but the person in front he was friendly, chatty. Poor customer service.

Less available counter services. Now have seats to wait but less staff to deal with queries!

Wrote a recorded letters enclosing a section 75 credit card claim to the local bank manager that happens to be now the Walsall branch as instructed by a TSB Customer Representitive. That recorded delivered letter has been completely ignored! No response whatsoever. Now found out that the branch manager even failed to log that claim/complaint with the appropriate department on my behalf.Absolutely disgusting and inappropriate behaviour from a senior manager at a failing branch. Such a dereliction of duty requires the person to be sacked for gross misconduct. When a recorded delivery letter is delivered to an organisation that letter indicates there is serious matter that requires urgent attention. Besides, business practice dictactes that when an organisation recieves a letter that organsiation replies using the same media/method.When are these company 'zombies' going to learn how to do their jobs properly?Even when you complain you are told to go away.The reported issue remains unresolved. Why?
