absolutely disgusting service, taking ages to get back to my issues, promising to call back and then closing there phone lines early.. no sympathy for my situation especially in the times were living. I have a faulty pram which is dangerous for my daughter to be in right now, leaning to the side, frame is broke after 4 months the pram doesn't fold. I paid £400 for the pram, i am a single mum and do not drive and we use the pram to get around. Asking me to return the pram to be looked at when i need a pram to get my daughter about daily so cannot be without one, pram also doesn't fold and expected to box a pram which is full standing. Absolutely disgusting, do not order here. If you have any issues they do not help at all.

Ordered a cossatto noodle highchair, 1st one came and unfortunatley it was not what i ordered. After a quick call to customer service (Alex) and the wrong highchair was quickly picked up by dpd and the one i orginally ordered arrived the day after. Fast delivery and fantastic customer service. Will use again and highly recommend

It?s been 10 days since my order. On the website it says shipped but nothing has arrived. The tracking code on DPD says they?ve not received any parcels to ship.I?m trying to call the number and it doesn?t work.Avoid them!

Ordered last month the Peg Perego Veloce stroler with the carrycot and car seat and ibase with extras. All arrived on time at home, as descibed. Wanted to mention that Alex from sales was very helpfull as some parts (bag and cup holder ) were not available the moment of the order,and he arranged with Peg Perego andthey were sent straight from Peg Perego to my residence, and also went above and beyond to have everything sorted on time. There was a minor defect in one of the parts , and he arranged an immediate replacement to be sorted. Great customer support. Thanks alot.

Amazing service, ordered a cosatto pushchair at a really good discount price at lunchtime 23/1/23 it arrived 10am the following morning and my granddaughter loves it DPD we're fabulous to kept me fully updated,I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family thankyou.

10 days of waiting for the order and nothing!after my question to them by email, they wrote that they canceled the order.it's terrible! this is the worst service ever!while stores are looking for customers, this store is canceling orders.

For anyone wanting to know about the 8000sq foot showroom and stockroom (the best in 100mile radius according to their website) - it's closed to due relocation which is not due to be completed for several months. Online ordering only. It would be useful if this information was on the website and Facebook page.

Spoke to a lovely guy Alex we bought a tutti bambini off them just under 3 years ago had spoken to tutti bambini and got told to speak to company we got it off as handle completely snapped and tried folding on it self after sending pictures over to Alex he spoke to tutti bambini for us and are now getting a full refund for the buggy amount reading through the comments about bad customer service I never had a issue would recommend buying from these guys very kind and professional service ?

Thank youuu!I ordered the Cosatto Leap on Tuesday afternoon, delivered by DPD on Thursday midday.It?s such a beautiful pram/purshchair! The colours are soooo nice!It was so easy to put together, just a case of clipping in the wheels, clipping on the hood and zipping in the carry cot mattress.The pictures on the website really doesn?t do it justice!&& to get a Cosatto package for £299, I was so worried that it was too good to be true, but I am really chuffed, defiantly the best pram I?ve ever purchased.Thank you trendybaby!A very happy customer here! ?

Would give 0 if I could. It's been 3 weeks since I ordered my cot, they tried to blame Obaby but they have told me they can't dispatch it until they get confirmation from Trendy baby who aren't getting back to them or me. Tried ringing them but no answer, then suddenly the lines always busy? Can't even cancel my order online! Really bad customer service as no one let me know my order would be delayed, I've had to contact them and Obaby first.After finally getting in touch with Trendy baby it turns out there was a valid reason my cot was delayed, but this didn't excuse the fact that nobody bothered to let me know, I did get a phone call from the manager who couldn't apologize enough and said he would be having a word with the customer service team, fingers cross they've sorted themselves out

I had ordered the Venicci Tinum 2.0 on the Sunday eve. I know their website was down so I called on the Tuesday, they explained they were waiting on the car seat to arrive as there was a hold up. Waited until the Friday and gave them a call and spoke to Alex who was very helpful and went to see if he could find a carseat, he called back within the hour and personally delivered it to my home that evening when he finished work as my house is a hour away from the shop. Very happy with the service and the pram! Thankyou very much Alex!

I was worried about some of the negative comments at first but I took the chance with trendy baby and I ordered a 3 in 1 venicci pram at a fantastic price that beat another shop. Free next day delivery briefly the website crashed but fantastic communication from the shop over the telephone and email explaining there was a problem with the website and how they assured me they had received my order and that I would get a update with a tracking number asap when the buggy arrived it turned up in good packaging opened it up everything was there in amazing condition padding to protect the pram ect In love with our buggy cannot recommend the company enough defo worth ordering from
