I went to buy some OSB 3 boards and have them cut as other competitors saw was out of order.
The staff were helpful and polite, I needed some screws and they got them for me. In term of price it was not expensive and items are well made.
I will be shopping at Travis Perkins for other DIY items.

After doing a patio and needing more slabs I rang to see if I could get some more delivered they had not got any and couldn?t be bothered to help me sort any out terrible customer service I then phoned the Lichfield branch and spoke to a young man named Luke who sorted everything out no problem I would advise anybody to avoid rushall and use Lichfield or willenhall excellent customer service

Waited in a queue of 7 lunchtime last week 5 people with hi viz's on chatting football. One girl ignored queue and filled water bottle until a lad who did actually look busy felt embarrassed enough to get up and serve. Then the girl sat down joined the convo and left him to it! Wouldn't After be so bad but after £17 for a drill bit you'd think they'd be fighting for ya money. Poor bloke at the back I say
