Absolutely abysmal customer service.
The whole team needs the sack including Joanne and Adrian - if tool station area managers are happy with this, they won?t have a profitable store for long.

Very helpful staff. Something went in my eye as I walked into the store, a member of staff saw me in discomfort. Came over straight away with a tissue and helped remove the foreign object.

Customer service was immaculate. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and polite - they were quick and efficient with their customer service and overall it was a good experience. Would definitely recommend Toolstation to others and will be coming back again.
