Absolute legends.Outstanding customer service and amazing punctuality. We had our 4 bedroom house carpeted. Kitchen, bathroom and utility all vinyl. Excellent fitting. Only given 1 star because no stars weren't an option. Turned up on day one on 3rd August with his crew boasting it would only take him 3 days to level and then lay floor whereas most companies would need a week. Where are we? 5 weeks later with floor not levelled properly and most of it needing to be taken up and redone.... read full comment
