Booked a table for 8 people to celebrate my husbands birthday today. The restaurant was extremely busy! Food was nice and hot! We were looked after by Jane who was fabulous! We took a cake to suprise my husband and she brought it out after our main meals as she promised to do so.. he had no idea! Nothing was too much hassle. Jane is a credit to Toby Carvery. Thank you Jane ??

booked a table for 10 mothers day morning. wasn't allowed to seat our table until we paid never been before for breakfast nothing was explained to us so wondering round for ages for coffee n juice then realised we had to pay extra for that which was fine
.. stood at toast machine no bread left so lady infront asked 3 times to the male manager for bread to be ignored 3 times I saw a lady who was working I asked excuse me can we have the bread topped up she rolled her eyes at me me and said not again already I've only just topped that up... I said well it It is extremely busy she just looked at me an walked off !!!!! rude service ! I paid just under £100 for 8 adults 2 children.. plus drinks. u will never have another penny of my money again

Having been to this Toby Carvery 3 times in the last 5 months, I've given a few reviews to the local Restaurants. Service is ok but the Staff try to put you in corners, even when it's empty. Food wise, you can't knock the tasty Roast they do and the Veg plus Gravy etc. Very clean restaurant, location is good and ideal for a family meal. Rach served us yesterday and was a real nice smiley lady! Food was spot on too, loved the Beef/Lamb and roast potatoes. My children said the Gamon was excellent too. Parking space is good too and I'm sure it's fine for disabled people too with wheelchairs. Did email the head office to say wasn't happy about being asked to sit near the Fire Exit, and had to insist I get seated elsewhere, but the reply was just an excuse to say busy period .....

I?ve been here several times. But this was the first time without booking, long wait but understandable as it was heaving and the option of sitting in the bar area is available instead of waitress service. Food was ?ok? not bad but not great the carvery did look nice though which is what most people come for especially OAPs as there?s a midweek off for them I think. I?d come back but busy or not the food prep and serving needs to be improved.

Absolutely terrible breakfast ? such a shame the lady brought the bacon out and it was absolutely cremated she was kind enough to say good morning though. But food was terrible my God cant remember the last time i paid so much for a terrible breakfast. Good luck

we had my mom's 90th birthday meal yesterday 23 of us I pre booked and they gave us the gallery we had one of the managers looking after us he is a credit to the pub he looked after all our needs didn't have to get our drinks the food was amazing he even got everyone to sing happy birthday he even cut the cake and made sure everyone had a slice the pub went beyond to make sure Mom had amazing afternoon thank you

We meet our son and family in there which we have been doing for a log time but today was disappointing when you got kids fighting in the bar area so you can't let the grandkids walk about but the manager did ask them to stop but they started again when he walked away it's not nuance when you got young kids and the elderly in there

Very good quality food, with brilliant and welcoming service from the staff. Our server, Zach, was friendly and put us all at ease. Very enjoyable visit, would definitely recommend!

Definatley not as good as the one in Streetly or Shenstone.
Pork was dry but gammon was delicious! Potato's looked half burned, stuffing was hard & dry. Mash & mac n cheese were wonderful.
Server took ages to come back to us after we asked for the bill, wasn't even busy in there.
Honestly a bit dissapointed and probably won't come back. Sorry.
