Worst network provider when it comes to resolving issues. For the last 18 months I am unable to login to my account. I have raised this problem with the local THREE customer service, have spoken to customer service in India and elsewhere without success. Lots of promises made and yet the problem has not been resolved. I can't terminate the contract due to the heavy financial penalties. ???

Horrible horrible service! I went a couple months back to purchase three home broadband on a 1 month rolling contract as I needed temporary broadband as I moved houses. I asked the sales lady whether I just need to cancel my direct debit in order to cancel the broadband in which she said yes. After using it a couple months I cancelled the direct 30 days before as instructed. However, I received a more expensive bill the next month. I contacted customer service and they told me that the procedure to cancel is calling up, and cancelling the direct debit does nothing. I went back into store to ask the lady that sold it to me and she was in complete denial saying she didn?t say that and was just showing me the many pages of contracts that I signed. But the point of going into store and purchasing is that someone breaks down and explains these massive contracts to you and doesn?t misinform you of them. In the end I said I?m not paying for a bill where I didn?t use the broadband in the last month, in which she said she can?t do anything and walked off. I called customer service 10 minutes later and they wrote off the bill which she probably could?ve done as a courtesy of an unhappy customer. But it seems like all they care about in store is their commission and making the sales and have no interest in after-sales. I?d advice anyone buying to read the contracts carefully yourself or even purchase it online as there is not going to be any misinformation or miscommunications.

BEWARE, SCAMMERS!!
0/10 experience, I got a contract and changed my mind about the contract, wanted to return it but they would not accept. Spoke to 3 on the phone and they said the store should be accepting all returns - went back and they still didn't take it after being told this. Now I have £36 extra coming out of my bank every month for no reason. Absolutely unacceptable. Save your money and go anywhere but 3!!!!!!

Excellent customer service! It was refreshing to deal with a young gentleman who was not only courteous but had an extensive knowledge of products and packages available. I highly recommend him.

Darren the Assistant Manager of Walsall?s 3 Shop was an excellent communicator and put me at ease & sorted my issue out within 1 minute whereas with the 3 Chat on Line was an absolute nightmare lasting 2 hours for a technophobe like me! Thank goodness for this shop continuing to exist on our high streets! I plan to return to get 1:1 coaching & to get an improved package. Thanks once again, you?re a star!
