On the door it says the post office is open until 8pm. I went in at 5 to 7pm and it was closed.

Honestly, the most useless Co-op ever. They never have anyone properly trained to use the Post Office counter—or they claim they don’t. Either way, the staff always seem unwilling to help. What’s the point of advertising an out-of-hours Post Office service if you can never actually operate it?

Rather limited selection of produce and slightly more expensive than a supermarket. Plenty of parking and helpful staff.
