Came across this place by chance as I was visiting someone in Walsall.However, we had dinner in the restaurant, and I can honestly say I have never tasted food like this before absolutely banging ? and I do believe the chef was called Gary.. top man!!Lovely waitress and overall nice atmosphere ?

Loved this place, found by accident and glad we did. The food here is unbelievably awesome, and the drinks are very cheap. Brilliant place.

A Club Christmas Dinner with entertainment (singer and Comedian/compare) very nice afternoon xxFood & drinks: The food that we had was good, the soup was delicious, turkey dinner ok and Christmas pudding with brandy sauce was nice too. Thank you for the excellent service too.

Looks like the owners have spent some money on this place it looks half decent now - did not stay overnight. I attended a meeting.

I would definitely say This is not a hotel. This is a place little bit better then sleep on the street. Erb dirty staff was not helpful at all it was very cold I asked them to give me a blanket or turn the heating on they said we can?t put the heating on until mid December. And we can?t give you a blanket we don?t have the key . I asked for a show they said not hot waterNot even a hand wash not even a towel or shampoo. I was going to give them a 0 rate but can?t fine zero here .Rooms: Was very smelly and all my body is etches. Not clean at all

We stayed here for two nights. The first room had a lot of spiders on the ceiling, there was no heating or hot water. We complained and the receptionist said we could check out. We were so shocked that I kindly said wouldn't you rather change our opinion and try to resolve the issues.This worked and she changed our room to a newly bigger and redecorated room, it was better. We had hot water and a limited time of heating.They kept making excuses that the boiler wasnt working. They just needed to be transparent and say due to cost we turn the heating off at certain times. We nearly froze!!!

I Checked in. I didn't receive any helpful information about where the room was other than the number or the WiFi password. The receptionist was very abrupt and wasn't or didn't seem very customer friendly especially towards me? The kitchen was closed today due to staff shortages. There was a sign up. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn't seem bothered to explain or give apologies. The WiFi keeps dropping off, perhaps due to the inclement weather or poor quality. The receptionist, when asked to reboot the WiFi router, gave an excuse that the hotel was full, so that's why! she then disappeared and didn't return to give any update. WiFi was completely down all night. Would I stay here again! Definitely Not.

If you go here expecting anything other than a budget hotel in Walsall, you may be disappointed.I on the other hand knew I was booking a budget hotel in Walsall so wasn't disappointed.Friendly staff, 24 hour bar, good shower, TV.

Nice staff and cozy atmosphere, not a luxurious hotel and that?s why the price is very competitive. I?d go again if in the area.
