Really enjoy the food here - especially the ribs which my husband is especially fond of! Received great service from our waitress (the lovely Demi) and managed to take advantage of some brilliant offers while here. Went last night for a date night with my partner and we were both absolutely appalled with the table service and quality of food £20 for the flame grilled chicken burger and it was inedible definitely wasn't worth the price, we also upgraded our fries to loaded fries and they were absolutely discusting had no bacon on them for 1 and tasted like they'd put mustard all over them? cocktails stated 2 4 1 and basically paid 16£ for juice and ice, didn't feel comfortable or inviting
Atomsphere wasn't great at all, feel like I've wasted £72 as was still hungry when we came out

Tgi used to be my go-to for a steak or ribs. They have removed so much from the menu. On this occasion, it just seemed that there was no organisation in the service. I had no specific waitress and I was having to get up myself to get cutlery etc. Food seems to be come undercooked to what I am ordering the last few times too. I won't be coming back here again especially considering I've always close to or over £100 on each visit.

Ridiculously overpriced. Food is average. Apparently all burgers are double stacked unless you specify a single when ordering, so had to send order back. Absolutely zero chance of getting served at the bar. I can see why it's closing down.

Brilliant evening spent here following a late cancellation from TGIF in Sutton Coldfield.
The staff really looked after us (party of 10) not many customers considering the closure of several restaurants in the chain today.
