Ita now the 3rd time iv got diesel from here avoiding if possible as it seems like I'm not getting the right fuel for my money as when I drive off my fuel gauge doesn't appear to move to roughly expected reading summot not right here , iv no problems elsewhere local to me or out of town

There's just something about that place that makes the staff miserable!! Maybe you don't like your job I don't know but if you actually smiled and spoke to customers like humans not like something on the bottom of your shoe you might get a better job. The older lady on this morning is just rude and grumpy Miserable isn't the word. I only asked if she accepted British gas keys for electric anyone would think I asked her for one of her kidneys I got a snotty reply of "the machines down, nothing we can do ok. nothing! ok" she's just so stern and rude with a face like thunder and then she stomped off in the back. She never smiles everytime I have interacted with her she's always been the same I actually have her recorded a few times which I will be passing on to head office as her attitudes just getting worse she shouldn't be interacting with paying customers she needs to be in the back so she doesn't rub off her miserable life onto every one else. Don't think she realizes we pay her wages. Other lady on till wasn't too bad least she smiled a bit but I've had the same from her too a few times. The answer really should have been. Sorry our machine isn't working at the minute not our machines down nothing we can do OK!! She obviously doesn't want to be there and neither do I when she's serving. You need to do a customer service skills course hunny on how to interact and learn some communication skills. Treat people how you want to be treated. If people speak nicely to you speak nicely back it's not hard really is it? . No need to be so blunt and sharp tongued all the time cheer up ffs. Every morning say something positive to yourself Hun start being happy your glass is half full not empty. The only friendly member of staff is the young mixed race lad he's polite friendly and smiles. There's people who need jobs if the others don't enjoy it leave u might need the money but so does someone else who would actually love interacting with all the different customers. Most of the staff need a desk job in the back. The people on the tills are the faces of the company and should be happy or polite at least. And also learn that it's the customers paying your wages a smile or normal polite conversations might actually go a long way. I've contacted head office because it's getting ridiculous. Every miserable person in Walsall must work at that garage ??except the young lad. Keep it up mate your due a promotion you have great customer skills your parents have brought u up properly. ? WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS BUT WHEN EVERYDAY IS BAD AND YOU DREAD GOING TO WORK YOUR NOT ENJOYING BEING THERE OR TALKING TO ANYONE ITS TIME TO LEAVE AND FIND SOMETHING THATS GOOD FOR YOU! POSITIVITY CAN BE SHARED. SMILE BE HAPPY TODAY AS YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT TOMOROW MAY BRING. ?

Always seems to be very low on all produce whenever I try shop there. Most of what I wanted was out of stock. So I have stopped shopping at Aldi.

Joke of a place the guy has no manners, wouldnt accept my parcel there for Evri his excuse was it was to big and had no space, what a load of rubbish. Why offer this service if they don?t want to take the parcels complete joke of a garage used to get my fuel from here but not anymore complete joke of a garage
