Pharmacist named Raj probably a locum
Was rude and unprofessional
His colleague told me the prescription was covered the signature and date by dentist stamp and can't accept it
Need countersignature and date
I got it done corrected by dentist and still he didn't accept it
He was rude and unprofessional wasn't happy with the service
I spoke to the manager and he accepted the prescription.
All of this can be avoided if Raj did his job

A pharmacist here gave my partner inappropriate and ill informed advice on baby formula. Hungrier baby formula is NOT recommended by health visitors in the UK and can cause upset stomachs and constipation. That's £10.50 in the bin and an unnecessary argument.

I had a 111 referral after running out of my repeat meds, the pharmacist despite being incredibly short staffed sorted this for me. Poor lady was managing the pharmacy by herself at one point. Great pharmacy, only issue is not enough staff so the queues were really long and two staff members that were in were really stressed. Great service regardless!

One of the tesco workers purposely said she couldn't find my prescription, when I know it's impossible to be lost .people with wrong attitudes shouldn't work here,so because of that I go back to my original chemist

Very unprofessional, limited knowledge. had a referral from 111 and the person who took me to the consultation room didn't know what he was doing it wasn't even the pharmacist it was the dispenser. He said he was going to check with his colleague but came back with a half eaten banana In his hand. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience

Always manage to get my prescription when ordered.Only problem is that they could do with answering phone and not hang up as soon as picking up phone as happened to me. Staff could do with smiling a bit more, always seem as they have got the world on their shouldersPharmacy is clean,tidy and bright

More than once I have been to this pharmacy for advice. The staff, especially the pharmacists, are very professional and check, when needed, the advice is accurate online or elsewhere. I have had advice and assistance on a variety of health problems and now they are one of my first ports of call.
