Staff were great , food was very average and zero ambiance for an evening out , really disappointing (someone was vacuuming another part of restaurant, we visited around 7pm ) we?d never been here before it felt like it?s fine as a food place for the hotel but not for an evening out . £5 extra for 2 prawns, food was cooked nice but nothing special at all , I had fillet steak and on reflection I should have questioned the cut, it had grissle and didn?t look like a fillet

Staff are unbelievably kind and welcoming, we?ve eaten in plenty of beefeaters and by far this has been the best.
10/10 service

Will 100% be making the drive back here even though it?s not our closest beefeater.

We absolutely love going out to Bentley green Beefeater! Such a lovely atmosphere and always get welcomed by the friendly staff! The food and service is absolutely amazing they never disappoint. Georgie our waitress is such a pleasant and caring young lady and always makes sure we are happy with our service! The lovely experience we have makes us always want to come back

The best chicken breast which i ever ate at the restaurant. Juicy and full of flavour. Drink was also delicious. Highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: Lots of meat meals got vegetarian alternatives.
Dietary restrictions: They ask gently if you got any allergies and provide a full list of meals based on possible allergens.
Parking: Beware of two holes in the middle of parking.

Been tonight for a meal food was shocking service was poor and no atmosphere it was dead in there mom ask for salmon it came with no sauce no prawns and no veg asparagus turkey dinner was swimming in gravy prawn cocktail was ok wanted a pudding had the bill instead then the women started hoovering around we been going there for years never again hope peoples dinner Christmas day are better

Excellent food, Tracey paid special attention to detail with our food/order which is much appreciated anytime of the year let alone at Christmas time. Nice atmosphere and toilets clean.

Attended Sunday evening for an evening meal. On arrival resturant was very empty however we was told they may not have a table for us.
We ordered food, it took a long time for it to arrive, when food arrived portions were small for the cost of the food.
Waiter did not ask if we needed anything else, when we asked for some sauce she puffed at us, rolled her eyes and slapped her hands on her legs like we were asking too much! She then sent one of her colleagues back with the sauce about 5 minutes later!
Steak was overcooked and had a lot of fat through it.
Staff were very rude, not acomaditing and we would definitely not return. Did not have a present visit at all!
