Cannot fault this practice at all! Dr naseem has been particularly amazing with my son who had a persistent ear infection and made me feel at ease about bringing him back if he did not get better. He also has a great manner with kids. I never struggle to get an appointment in a good time frame which is rare with gp practices these days so I've heard from family and friends.

Excellent service and fantastic practice, the staff can't do enough for you, always pleasant and polite so glad we moved. The doctors actually treat you with kindness and respect.

I?ve been at this doctors for 16 years and they have never let me down, appointments are almost always available and my assigned Dr Gill is extremely good and has helped me solve many issues I need, compared to other doctors practises this is one of the best. If your looking to change doctors, I?d use this one 100%

Fantastic service as always. Professional, friendly, on time. All the staff at this practice deserve a big well done for all the hard word they do. They've been wonderful to me. Highly considerate and caring. This practice and the staff should be an example of how GP and primary care should be across the whole of the NHS.Keep up the good work!

I had to change to another GP, reception staff very rude, it takes them more months to give an appointment, and they are messing up everything.

Been with this practice just over 6 years now fed up with seeing locums especially when they tell you that you can't have your painkillers that you've been taking for months because it's a controlled drug. So now I'm going to be in acute pain all over the weekend. Sorry its just not good enough.

I have recently been to see the doctor and I have to say that the care and consideration I received was excellent, also I must say that the receptionists really are a pleasure to talk to. I've been with Stroud Practice for almost 2 years now and they are overall really good. Staff is always really nice and attentive and really good at what they do - correct diagnosis and treatment every single time and never had to come back for the same issue. Furthermore, I've always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner.

I do not recommend this practice for muslim family like me, as some of the doctor (not all) when they see you the way they treat you is like non caring or not listening.Also ive asked the gp to be e referee for a child of 3 (for british citizen application) they charge 120 pound and then did not want to give doctor details out( adress and date of birth and passport n), they than refunded the amount. Was the only one who could had done it as we were patient for over 2 years and the application require someone who has been engaged with the child like the doctor so it did not cost anything for them to do it.I do not recommend this GP in the moment of need they won't assist you!

This practise has gone downhill recently especially since covid I've currently a very unwell 2 year old and after spending over 30 minuets on hold trying to get through I'm then given tel numb for waldoc as they have no appointments I call waldoc only to be told Stroud practise no longer use there services and should be giving patients there number so I call Stroud back and tell them I need my daughter to be seen as she's really ill they then tell me they can book her in for the next routine appointment on FridayToday is only Monday its a bloody joke
