I go here often, and Amy has been the best member of staff I?ve been served by. She was super helpful, smiley and not a thing was too much for her. I also redeemed my free drink and she reminded me to upgrade to the large instead of the medium. Just the small things like that I really appreciate. Thank you Amy.
Also, the Iced Caramelised Macadamia Oat Shaken Espresso is sooo good, definitely recommend!!!

So the idiotic last working here with absolutely no brain cells is an absolute jobsworth . I asked for a tiny bit of sweetener in my matcha tea after I tasted it . She said she can?t do that . I said I?m happy to pay , then she told me I?d have to go to the back of the queue (which was 10 people deep) and wait over 15 mins to pay for a squirt of sweetener . I was happy to pay extra but couldn?t understand why I?d have to rejoin the very deep queue just to pay .Ended up calling her a jobsworth (which she was being ) then suddenly having used this actuate description of her , I was the most hated man in Starbucks .The other blond lady manager was very calm , intelligent and professional . I could see in her eyes she was thinking ?why not just squirt a bit of sweetener in it ? but obviously, she had to pretend to be on her staffs side .

This place is small but amazing. The staff to the atmosphere is all out Starbucks. Informative and quick. My best spot in the town for sure.

I visited the village Starbucks to try one of their new summer drinks and wasn?t sure which one to try. Emma was very helpful in making my choice and provided all the information that I needed. The drink was made perfectly and nothing was too much to ask.
