The manager of this store is so rude and arrogant. He is a racist. We went the store today and he was making faces looking at us because we were exploring clothes by removing its hangers and he is so disturbed because he just need to readjust its hangers. If this is like this why to invite customers in store.

Terrible a clothing shop why asking for ID?? Cashier said up to hundred pounds have to give ID. For what??? For shoes??? Come on I never gonna go back there shopping again

Awful, was misled into buying socks on offer; when I checked the receipt it was wrong. When I went back they wouldn?t give me a refund only a credit note. Customer service is that bad that I?d have a full clean out of staff & get rid of the dead wood!

Shocking customer service, waiting in a queue only to see a member of staff clearly on her personal phone smiling at the constant flow of texts that she was receiving and replying to, just occasionally glancing up to look how big the queue was getting. When finally at the front of the queue to be served, was not even greeted with smile, kiss my arse or anything just asked if I wanted a bag, passed me the goods and receipt, not even a thank you. This company does obviously not carry out staff training in customer service skills. A smile hello & thank you go along way, I was not aware that your personal phone came under customer service.!!! Will not be using again
