An absolute joke, you can barely find staff on shop floor and I had to wait nearly an hour to get one pair of trainers that were available in stock. We got late just chasing around staff to help. Finally I had to ask someone at the till that had no idea of the trainers being available in a different colour on display. Would not recommend walsall sports direct to anyone

Terrible just brought some bottoms. Got home & security tag is still on them. Have to now go back & waste my time. I want a full refund for time wasting. Will update

Visited store a few times past week. No staff to be seen to help with request of a certain shoe in ladies section. Finally today staff member helped locate the shoes brought them to me, before sending them to the till. I was told the shoes by a guy were a size 7 got to the tills, shoe sizes didn?t match. Girl on till slated the guy that searched for shoes rolling her eyes and telling me he was new, so unprofessional. This store has gone down hill drastically. Would not recommend if you need assistance with select items.

Rude assistants,. In the Walsall store went there other day asked one when l eventually got hold of one about an item her reply was "if it ain't on the rack we ain't gorum" then walk off,??

Just popped in up 2 flights of stairs strewn with rubbish looked around for a pair of Chino's couldn't find any no staff to ask,went down to the first floor no staff, back to the ground floor two members of staff talking asked about chinos told me if any on the second floor told him there was no staff on either floor he said they were short of staff I walked out dirty shop &unhelpful staffCertainly won't be returning there again

Ground floor is always hectic and staff don't bother helping customers, always refer you to another member of staff and this carries on. There is also a lot of confusion among the staff members when it comes to checking trainer size availability.

Dont waste you time, customer service is rubbish. they dont know how to answer a phone, there online chat is a bot who cant help you at all.Go to JD you may pay a little more but they have better customer service

I wish I could give no stars but 1 is for the store assist on floor 2. I tried on 3 tops all okay till I got to the till on ground floor.I couldn't have the 2 tops labelled up 2 for £14 doesn't say anything else except 2 for £14 Not same style or colour so I left empty handed never too return.Don't bother with them rude lady on till so lost a sale and we won't be returning for our trainers we were going back to buy. !If something doesn't fit you can exchange or get a credit note so beware.

The amount of staff on tills is so silly. A massive line and one person serving! Also don?t bother buying from here if you?re funny with sizes for people. They don?t do refunds anymore! Just exchange or gift card so you have to buy from them regardless even if the clothing you wanted wasn?t ideal!

Lots of staff but not many actually serving customers. I was waiting for about 25 mins until I was served and even then, the service remained slow and impersonal. There was about four staff members all looking for the same order for a customer, rather than using some initiative and one of those four jumping on a till to serve the building que of customers!Very young staff with not much in the way of social skills, initiative or common sense! Will not be wondering in to here again!
