Had my eye test a few weeks ago and Sebina helped me pick my glasses out, she was really lovely and welcoming?Thank you for taking the time Sebina? Went to pick them up today and had them fitted by Luke, who was also super helpful and my glasses fit perfectly so thank you!

My elderly mom had an appointment today 24/02/25 @12.10..for an eye test.
She had to wait til 12 45 to be seen by an optician.
The majority of staff seemed pleasant and helpful, however 1 or 2 came across very immature & unprofessional...
Aside from this we found a good selection of frames and were reasonably priced.

Emma has been my go-to audiologist for over two years, and I always have the best experience with her. She is not only a lovely and kind professional but also highly skilled and attentive. She has consistently been able to resolve any issues I?ve had! I also appreciate her thoughtfulness in taping paper to the window to provide extra privacy due to my hijab. Outstanding service! ?

The staff were very polite, helpful and listened to what I needed when choosing the lenses. The optician I saw was very thorough and explained everything.

Unhelpful customer service from contact lens manager Lucy, did not offer any solutions or look into the system, continually said she 'doesn't know' information that technically she should have - i.e. details on my file, only when suggesting she takes a proper look did she provide some information. I'd suggest that some customer service training is offered.

Felt very crowded and not really pleasant for some reason I can't put my finger ... But the staff and the optromatist were absolutely great.

Not related to an appointment but my mom got a large amount of money stolen from her and everyone at the branch was so helpful and lovely. You really helped her calm down and we?re so thankful. They went out of their way to also send us the footage which we can send to the bank. It?s touching knowing there?s good people out there. Always been coming to Specsavers and will always continue. Thank you so much and have a Merry Christmas
