Good customers service. Shame about pricing notice if having vari focal glasses need to be clearer on explaining the costs are extra to the price of the frames.

In my complaint, I am criticizing the management of the store for the following reasons: when I ordered replacement glass for my frame on Sunday 11th February, I agreed that the frame would be kept and was told it would be ready at 13:15 today (18th-February), so I could pick it up from there. After waiting in the store for 45 minutes, I was told it wasn't ready. I will consider using this store again if they can compensate me with the payment that I have already made. The whole services is considered by me as unprofessional and unreliable business.

Kept waiting unnecessarily for over half hour after appointment. Why give us an appointment time then make us wait. Very unprofessional. Plenty of staff but nothing much being done at all. Mostly gossiping.

Service at this branch is consistently poor.I had an app for an eye test & contact lenses health check booked and was parking when I received a call from Specsavers saying my app had been cancelled as 'they had been booked the wrong way around'.I had actually booked a day off work to attend this appointment which was completely wasted due to Specsavers miscommunication and lack of basic checks. This last minute cancellation of caused a huge waste of time, wasted journey, loss of income, wasted cost of parking, wasted annual leave and massive inconvenience.Also I recently left some glasses at Specsavers which needed the lenses changing... they were supposed to call when they were ready to collect. After a week had passed I called the branch and they said that they were in fact ready to collect, however nobody from the branch had remembered to actually call and let me know. So I was left with no glasses for over a week due to Specsavers Walsall yet again falling short of the absolute basics in customer services. Disappointed but not surprised.
