Had my eye test a few weeks ago and Sebina helped me pick my glasses out, she was really lovely and welcoming…Thank you for taking the time Sebina? Went to pick them up today and had them fitted by Luke, who was also super helpful and my glasses fit perfectly so thank you!

My elderly mom had an appointment today 24/02/25 @12.10..for an eye test.
She had to wait til 12 45 to be seen by an optician.
The majority of staff seemed pleasant and helpful, however 1 or 2 came across very immature & unprofessional...
Aside from this we found a good selection of frames and were reasonably...
