I had a very bad experiance at this smyths as we came inside all the workers started following me and my friend we didn?t do nothing wrong just walking around we asked them why they?re following us they said because we were being suspicious we didn?t say nothing of it and decided to leave because we felt uncomfortable as we was leaving they called security on us for no reason 1 star workers very rude with attitude never going back again if I could I would give it 0 stars

I was in another store of the same but another town and the staff of that town was very friendly but some people who work in this store look like they are in a bad mood because I asked that person something and I felt that they treated me very rudely. . this was today in the walsall store . ?

Your Walsall Manager doesn?t understand the term ?bulk buy? and he banned me from store because I ordered 3 units of one item in a single order.If the website allows you to order 3 units max , the manager won?t allow you , he probably thinks he own the store.

Very unprofessional staff and poor attitude. I have spend thousands of pounds at Smyth and never returned anything apart from the experience I had today. I was returning a £16.99 products as the flashing lights would stop flashing. Immediately man at till stated we can exchange, he didn't even attempt to understand any context around the reason for my return. He then went on to test the products with batteries which I found very embarrassing as clearly he was questioning my integrity. He then agreed to exhange for another item.After a shortwhile in store my daughter decided on a higher priced toy which I proceeded to bring to the cash out desk at which point a female member of staff stated the item needs to be the exact amount £££ as returned item which is completely stupid. After expressing my concern she agreed that I could swap and pay the additional amount however she said you cannot have a receipt as you have returned another item.What in God's earth is this!! I will never shop at Smyths again. Serious training issue here!!

Bought a game from here a few days ago not realising we?d got it for the wrong Xbox console. When they were putting the CD in, the girl who served us ripped the tape for the box as she was putting it on, thus making it look open. When we tried returning it we were told we couldn?t because it had been opened, however, we had not opened it because it is not for the right console in the first place. When we told them we hadn?t opened it, he claimed that he had put the tape on the case and knows it wasn?t ripped, even though I had seen the girl serving us put it on and rip it. So now we cannot take it back and have a game we can?t play.

Kids love it here. If I have time to spare we go in and spend ages looking. But it has to be a day where I can switch off from hearing "I want" because that place is a child magnet ? but its amazing always well stocked, clean, plenty of staff on hand,
