Rude customer service. Man behind the counter started raising his voice at me and shouting when i asked him for help with the air machine, telling me he doesnt know how to use it and that his not helping me.I am disabled and was in pain and distress at the time. No way to treat your customers, i certainly won't ever be getting fuel or spending any money here again.

I am on the pump and waiting for last 7 minutes because shop colleague is doing cleaning in the yard.thats not good. They should arrange before 5am time for cleaning

Normally good service but one staff member named Krish rude and refused to serve me because we argued about false promises to add my point on my next visit as he couldn't operate the till or something on my previous visit also told me he wouldn't be serving me if I came back been using this shell almost 10 years plus

I have been to this petrol station this morning and put £39.99 of diesel in to my car .I went to pay with £40 in £1 coins which were bagged.The attendant refused payment ,due to already having too many pound coins from taxi drivers.I left him with 40 pounds in coins,he said he wouldn't serve me again .I think this is ridiculous ,the shell operative wasnt wearing a name badge either .
