I have had the 2 most lovely experiences here with the best member of staff ?Lisa? most recently on the 29/12/24 it was early morning and I?d been out that night and honest to god she was the highlight of the whole night she was so kind and friendly helped me with my shopping and had the best chat I?ve ever had. Genuinely cannot big her up enough. I plan to end all my future nights out popping in buying my food and scratch cards and having a chat with lisa best customer service I have ever received thank u so much ?

Lovely kind and friendly team of staff. I?m disabled due to mobility problems. If you show disabled badge they come and help you put petrol in and take payment. Best garage in Aldridge ??

Just been to put my lotto male assistant hadnt got the foggest what to do he told me they didnt do that tickets (hotpicks) i said you have to put ticket in machine he tryed & said it wasnt working whoever trained him wants a retrain themselves i walked out in digust

I was checking see how much money I had in my account wich was plenty just paid the chahiere then tannoyed I got pay first no one else she had done a number plate check without my consent actualky out Reg in wrong took me 15 seconds to find my car in data base got shirty with me lied to me said I wanted to tell u ur car not showing ???we?ll put rite Reg in for start and she didn?t she said ? u got pay first or no fuel not anyone else it?s because I?m 6,4 fave tattoos I get it everywhere and sick of it I got a very well paid job and was showed up that morning even other customers said that?s terrible I took pic of her name tag she actually slyly took pic of my face and my car she lied blatently bit esso and Asda must be telling them to do these illagal checks I had total intention on paying that?s why I checked my online banking I drive a nice car this is like racism or sexism purely the way I look

The filthiest garage in town, if ypu come anywhere remotely close you and your vehicle will reek of diesel for days. Slip hazard near the pumps. Also if you wish to fill up after 6pm they want you to prepay treating you like a thief l, unable to fill the tank if you don't know exactly how much it will take. Overall, together with the greed driven price policy, definitely place to avoid.

Arslan was the rudest employee I?ve ever met. They also ripped us off on fuel and made us pay beforehand and cut it off before it got to how much we paid. Illegal.

OK in an emergency but fuel prices are the highest in a 10 miles radius, you won't find dearer fuel. Boycott this garage until they drop to competitive prices.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS FUEL STTAION FOR 5+ YEARS. NOW ITS COME TO THE POINT I HAVE STOPPED GOING THERE. WHEN FUEL PRICES COME DOWN THEY ARE THE LAST FUEL STATION TO PUT THERE PRICE DOWN. WHEN THEY START TO CREEP UP THEY ARE ALWAYS FIRST AT THE MOMENT THEY ARE 10P PER LITRE EXPSNSIVE THAN ANY FUEL STATION. THEY NEED TO SHOW SOME CONSIDERATON TOWARDS DRIVERS AND NOT BE SO SELFISH AND GREEDY

Why is it I?ve just been to the garage at 2.05 am all lights are in well everything is on the staffs cars there but there?re no where in sight I?ve banged the windows shouted them I needed a paracetamol for little one well now I. I I carnt rely in that being a 24 hour garage
