We never seem to forget to give bad experience?s but take the good ones for granted , I recently have been using rowlands field road for health problems not been able to get in too doctors, ?V? made himself available within minutes, addressed my concerns, gave advice when I should see doctor or hospital very reassuring and Kate the lead pharmacist has always made herself available not to forget Lisa who makes any problems go away many thanks to all the team , regards Carl

I would only give 1 star for today's visit..and that is down to the nice lady that actually listened to my query..she proceeded to ask the pharmacist if she could speak to me about my uti symptoms to which the pharmacist spoke very loudly "why hasn't she gone to her gp? I'd need the urine sample at the very least, they love to abuse our service" keep in mind patients were stood there whilst she was mouthing off and I work at the neighbouring gp surgery myself and we refer patients to them..and I know how pharmacy first works, that for uncomplicated symptoms you can visit local pharmacy. I was so embarrassed I said forget it and walked out and went over the road to the incredible service of i-dispense.

I always have to sort or chase things for my Mom for items not delivered or even sorted for her. When you call noone answers the phone.

I only use Rowlands occasionally however, since my last visit things have really improved think the old staff have mainly gone and what a difference it has made. The staff are now friendly and welcoming and will do anything they can to help. The manager is also very present and comes and speaks to customers to make sure they are ok. The shop has never looked so clean and tidy.

I use this pharmacy regularly and since the new manager has took over the place is clean, tidy and really friendly atmosphere and always have the prescriptions ready on time 10/10 would recommend this place

Those is best chemist in bloxwich. I promise you. I've been to different ones before and nothing compares to this one. The service and the pleasant staff. Excellent.

What an absolute disgrace, this place is regularly full of very unhappy customers who have to wait around for lengthy periods of time to wait for their prescriptions. To then be told regularly that they don?t have required medication in stock, meaning customers are then told to make numerous visits to collect the medication.Zero customer service skills?..the lady with the Scottish accent has appalling people skills, and talks down to people (very unprofessional) and to think we as the public are encouraged to use our local pharmacies for health advice.You can call this place a hundred times a day and they NEVER answer the phone?.too busy chatting out the back!I wouldn?t recommend this place to any of my family or friends. I shall take my custom to a more professional establishment in the future and would highly recommend others do the same.

we try to ring several times and no answer however we have a 18 month old with early stage asthma we have phoned to get another inhaler and have heard nothing I've rung already 3 times in 5 minutes its like they aint bothered

Awful. They tell you your prescription is ready, then have to wait ages for them to hand it over. Items regularly out of stock so have to make multiple visits (with the same long wait each time). And, for the love of all that's holy - PICK UP THE PHONE!!!

Always been good to us and have had the medication needed...would say we have used 15 times in 2 years.Sometimes they are out of the tastier flavours of kids medicine but can be forgiven.

Went for pre-booked flu jab and waited 45 minutes. Signs everywhere apologising for being short staffed. Was full of people waiting for prescriptions and some were walking out and several others told they either didn't have the tablets so to try another chemist or ASDA. Some were told tablets weren't ready and to go back later or even Tuesday. By the time I got to the front after half an hour I was told to wait and then a further 15 mins later the pharmacist called for me and apologised because she had completely forgotten about me and got side tracked. It was a complete joke and chaotic.
