I was genuinely shocked to discover that a store as large and busy as Primark in Walsall does not provide any toilet facilities for customers. This is absolutely unacceptable. A store of this size should not even be granted a licence to operate without offering such basic amenities.
There are pregnant women, parents with young children, and elderly people shopping here ? where are they supposed to go in case of an emergency? The lack of customer toilets shows a complete disregard for public needs and comfort.
I sincerely hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed as soon as possible. No one should have to cut their shopping short or be put in distress simply because a major retail store refuses to provide essential facilities.

Who doesn't love a primark visit ? holiday range is always on point. Unfortunately though staff are not very helpful and can be quiet rude.

Sort your staff out. The queue upstairs was literally around the corner. I gave up and walked out there was only one person on the till and it was hardly moving. As I walked out you got two female staff just standing in the tshirt section having a good old chat. And one male staff just standing there gawping at them . Ridiculous. You employ numptys

The staff and security are rude .. I understand you close at 6pm however staff start being rude at 5.45pm trying to get you out of store .. your not allowed to look at anything on the shop floor, even though your shopping partner is waiting to be served as the queue takes 15mins
Will not bother returning as I like to go in shops where staff respect there customers and realise it's the customers who keep the staff in jobs ? Overall rude staff who behave disrespectful to the people paying there wages .. May I suggest head office sending a few mystery shoppers to get the full primark walsall closing experience.. never experienced this level of rudeness at any other branch !

Today I had a worse experience over here, I felt like security guard and manager are trying to do fraud with people and getting money from them by accusing customers of robbery, they presurized me and took money for the items that I had already paid and blamed me of stealing items that I was gone to return because I was told by one of their colleagues to do shopping first and then we will sort out rest of the billing. I even asked them to check camera but they refused to do and took me in a separate room, and they kept threatening me made me pay. When I asked for the receipt, they didn't gave it and manager said to security guard kick her out. I am so stressed that I am accused for something that I never done in my whole life. If any one could suggest me what I could do against them.
