It was very good going in the Walsall branch.Very neat and tidy and you didn't have other customers barging past you very rudely in other stores.

Disappointed and very unprofessional security in Poundland came in and showed no reason for this security to be following me the security did a full 180 and turned around and followed me around the store then stop and acted like he?s sorting out the shelf?s ! To which I was looking at the breakfast bar?s deciding which one to buy but then as soon as I left the isle he did.
Lovely way to make any customer feel uncomfortable !

Big poundland and has nearly everything you will need and its good for service as they have self service and one register. Walking around it is hard to find someone to help you as not many workers.

Terrible company, inept staff. Tried phoning both Walsall shops and no answer. Called head office and could only get through to some dopey security guard who could barely speak English. And half tve details on the website are incorrect !

Went in for lighter and was discriminated against. I used the equality act 2010 and she still wouldn?t serve me because I don?t look 25.

Today, Saturday, February 3rd, I went to buy some products and a security guard from this store accompanied me a lot and I felt harassed and the truth is that I don't need to steal for them to think I got into it, but the people who took good care of me, except the security person? Sometimes others break in to steal and the security does nothing. ?
