Hate to leave bad reviews but charging 20p for a tiny bit of sellotape is ridiculous no other post office I've ever used has done this also the lady ran out really quickly in the summer as my friends child was holding a book ftom school and she ran after us and when she saw it was a school book pretended to want to look at his school tie and commented how lovely it was..very obvs she didn't want to look at the tie

Been in today and spoke to the hubby and asked him if I had enough layers of of protection on my parcel because I have had a few parcels crushed by the Royal Mail. There was one lady waiting and his wife was doing could of served her but she concentrated on tell her husband to serve the next customer while I'm standing there still talking to him.

Staff are great, nice and accommodating; When they are open its all good.\\n\\nThey fall down on opening times and their lack of availability. They're also closed way too often and for people who work regular 40 hour work week; this makes accessing their services difficult and intermittent for the end user.\\n\\nNPS Score of 7/10.

Not impressed being told I wont be able to have a proof of postage in future on my large letters. They obviously don't get commission on those!! I use Pelsall regularly as I post quite a few packages. But I will not be returning now. Will take my business elsewhere.

Very nice people who try to help, but they seem often confused and provide misleading information based on assumptions around weights and dimensions. Then try to blame it all on you saying its not easy to give advice, deny what they said and then blame you. My advice to them is to listen carefully, ask the right questions, dont make assumptions, and accept responsibility for the information they give to their customers.Edit 25/08/2021: Thanks for your response which only confirms what I said above. This is your business, so you should know how to advise your customers and that includes asking the right questions, and not making assumptions. If you can't manage that, then you are not very professional. Good luck.

I don't understand the negative reviews here. The people running Pelsall Post Office are lovely and very helpful. I've always gone in with questions and they've always answered them in a friendly and efficient manner and directed me to the best possible solution, so I do not get people who say these things as they are simply not true. Thank you for the great service.

@RaaraKitsune, I hope you understand that sometimes staff just want to make sure you realise something because not everyone knows. In my opinion this isnâ??t rude. Itâ??s confirming that you know about something as it may look/seem as if you were confused. Iâ??ve had nothing but good service there. Plus if you didnâ??t hear her, how do you know what was asked in the first place?
