Absolutely no customer skills regarding people on the tills. I was waiting in line on Saturday 2/11/24 and as one person working on the till checked out, the customers waiting in line were left to queue again, people pushing in, instead of being directed, in order, to the other till. This left me feeling angry as there was no organisation, a free for all..... people were allowed to push in front of me after I'd been waiting in line patiently. Really annoying and totally unprofessional of staff at Pets at Home staff.

Took my grandkids yesterday to a free pet day/workshop . Staff were brilliant with the kids and their knowledge of the small fur pets, friendly and polite. My grandkids really enjoyed it and were happy to receive a certificate and free activity box. My daughter also joined us with her new born daughter of 2 weeks old , to accompany me with her niece and nephew, staffed were kind and helpful and supported her needs when babie needed changing , and even disposed of the nappy bag. Big ??to the staff really made our day ??

Today i went to buy a syrian hamster but was told that they can't. Sell me bc of the size of my cage which has enough space and tunels and the staff told me that i need a cage that doesnt have tunnels when ive had lots. Of syriane hamsters in the cage that i have and its big enough space and ive had lots of syriane hamsters. From there. And when i first started haveing hamters they kept telling me that syriane hammsters needed tunels so why not keep the policy the same as before.

Never any staff around there always hiding in the back, the only staff were on the till. It took me 30 mins to get someone to help me get some fish
