Limited pets as compared to other branches I?ve been in midlands, football crowd may cause traffic jam sometimes if there?s a home game. Overall cooperative staff and good experience.

Placed an order online which was in-stock went to store seen staff removed it off shelf and emailed me saying it's out of stock what a shame.

Nothing to fault. Staff are very helpful. The store is clean and animals are well kept. I went looking for flea and tick solution. Claire (deputy Manager) was lovley and knowledgeable. She helped us not only purchase it but put it on a subscription for us which we wouldn?t have known we could have done without her help. She also offered to help us do Milos Collar ID tag which we said yes to and she was more than happy to help us do so.

Took my dog into the store so I could try on some and get advise for a harness. I was told they were very short staffed. Eventually a staff member came who just stood there watching as we were trying to work out how to alter the harness to fit. He was of no help at all. I think because it was 5.40 and near to closing they wanted us out.
