“Took my grandkids yesterday to a free pet day/workshop . Staff were brilliant with the kids and their knowledge of the small fur pets, friendly and polite. My grandkids really enjoyed it and were happy to receive a certificate and free activity box. My daughter also joined us with her new born daughter of 2 weeks old , to accompany me with her niece and nephew, staffed were kind and helpful and supported her needs when babie needed changing , and even disposed of the nappy bag. Big ??to the staff really made our day ??”
