Another hotel which has sold its soul for cash. Allowing young illegal, ma?e migrants to stay here. A number of violent avd special assaults reported since they allowed it. Wonder if they'd be happy if their own teenage (or younger) daughter was targeted

booked a room for the Springsteen concert July 2023 , they just cancelled the booking. went online they had the rooms on for £250+ i only paid £89 .rooms all gone the next day. terrible way to treat customers. i wonder how many others they have done this too

I booked 2 rooms for my friend and his 2 sons and for my son and I. The staff at the reception were friendly. hotel looked decent upon arrival. The rooms are very standard. The toilets remind me of the the toilets you see in the planes. The sleep was terrible. The bed was really uncomfortable, we could here noises all night from outside and some appliances going off in the rooms. Bottom line, I wouldn?t book again. ??

I made a block booking of 12 rooms - 8 cancelled on the day and booked at a sister hotel for the wrong date. Guests still allowed to book in even though they were meant to be at the other hotel and I was told my name could not be found. Reception staff having no clue what was going on - blamed a new system. Friends there for 2 nights found the 2nd night had been released by the hotel, even though their belongings were in the room (happened to a number of guests)

Very nice lovely clean rooms. And food was very nice. Both breakfast and Evening meal. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Tried booking here twice and have both times had my booking cancelled by the hotel. The first time, I got relocated, turned up to the other hotel and they hadn?t actually received my transfer at all so I didn?t have a room. They made a special allowance when they heard how far I travelled but I took the last room they had left that night. Second time, they cancelled with only 3 days notice due to being ?fully booked? even though I had booked a month previous? Many of my friends have said that they?ve also had issues here (which I didn?t know until I mentioned the latest cancellation!) so I would say steer clear if you want a guaranteed room

Fabulous hotel. We had a lovely stay. Rooms basic but clean. Food is good especially breakfast ?. The staff everyone of them are very nice, welcoming and friendly. Lovely to see happy and helpful staff. Deffo recommended. I can't fault our stay at all. Massive thanks to them all

Despite our room being on the road side of the hotel just across from the motorway and train station we were able to sleep well. The hotel is also immediately next to the Walsall FC stadium and home games can make for busy traffic for a short time. What most contributed to our positive view of our stay was the friendly, professional and helpful staff. If our travels take us to the area in future, we'll certainly consider staying at the Park Inn.

The hotel was ok but the room?s definitely need some attention. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable at all which negatively impacted our sleep. The rest of the room is very basic but ok. The staff are all very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Booked for 1 night on business trip. Went to bed around 10, woken up at 11 by the sound of drunk shouting, singing, arguing etc. Three calls made to reception between 01:00 and 03:00 advised each time someone would investigate. No sleep till silence at 03:00 when they must have have passed out intoxicated. 06:00 Awakened by the delivery of new beer kegs and the removal of empty beer kegs outside of my window . Checked out at 6:45. Told manager of experience and was informed ?nothing they could do? Appalling experience, will never stay at a Park Inn or a Radisson affiliate again. Just lost yourself a loyal member. Avoid!

Another average hotel. Absolutely nothing wrong but again, nothing special. I don?t understand why hotels won?t upsell. There a restaurant here but no sign of a menu anywhere. Nothing in the room nothing in reception. Would you like breakfast sir? Maybe if I knew anything about it - times, prices, menu? Checked in as a premium member - nothing offered. There?s nothing wrong with this hotel at all but absolutely nothing that would make me come back or recommend it over any of its competitors. I don?t understand why the hotel sector just doesn?t want to anything to gain/retain business at such little extra cost.

Used the hotel for a work trip. Rooms aren?t great, noise wise and no smart TV. Breakfast is good, dinner / tea food options are okay however some of it isn?t great but it?s okay. Would I pay for the hotel out of my own pocket? No.

Oh my .. nor the best place to stay.the staff are lovely but the actual place is in an awful location. Like an industrial estate.We witnessed a drug drop happen right outside the restaurant . The pool table is broke , has been for a while, the hot drinks are over priced and not even a full cup. The drinks at the bar are way overpriced too. Plus the tills kept freezing. Food was OK, but just that. The room was on the ground floor and the window would not shut properly so the receptionist came out twice bless her. Very patient with us and a lovely lady. The bathroom light was just a mere flicker so maintenance were called out the next day. Plus I woke up after a rough night's sleep with tiny bites all over me. Pillows are cheap and flat. It's OK for one night but that's about it. I'd definitely not go back. Plus half the hotel were full of refugees... wasn't a nice experience ?
