Attended last night to celebrate A level results. Food was lovely but was dampened by the service. We had to wait 20-25 mins before anyone came over to us, then it was a long wait for food. Some members of the party had nearly finished eating before all the meals were served. Plates were cleared away while there was still a member of the party eating. After another long wait we then had to go the bar and ask for the dessert menu, this then led to another wait for the orders to be taken and the wrong dessert arrived. Once the correct pudding arrived, the waitress leant straight over a member of the party who was eating, to put the dessert on the table. We then asked for the bill before leaving which was placed on our table as the waitress very quickly passed. We have attended many times for food and not had a problem.

A 3rd of the menu wasnt available as they didnt have the food. 45 minute wait despite booking the table. Service understaffed.
The food we did order was delicious so not all bad.

Awful survive left dirty sauve from old plate on my dish it wasnt washed gave me soda instead of lemonade 3 times

Horrendous service lipstick on my 2nd cup after no syrup in the lemonade in first drink. It took them 35 minutes to ask us what we wanted to eat. Is there a way to give them 0 stars because it was woefull.

We were greeted, sat and served by Mia this afternoon she was very observant and accomodating, she could not do enough for us. Sunday dinner was delicious and a nice selection of desserts. We will definitely be coming again .

My wife came in yesterday with a very good friend who is 94 service was shocking 20 mins wait for a drink out of a lot of food no chips also ordered puddings got child's portions if I was there I would of walked.out like a few others who did just that while she was there absolutely shocking
