The staff that were on were great, warm and welcoming.
The play area though has a dark and dingy feeling.
The toilets... Best go before you arrive, they're horrendous.
The general look and feel of the place is one of the worse I've been to. Kudos for the staff service though.

Lost my summer passes ( small card of paper ) so had to full price and pay for enter of my two children, I waited at entrance for 10 whole minutes before I walked in and sat down to wait inside till staff show up ( not easy standing there with two eager children) staff member turned up with a little loud voice saying I should not of walked in as health and safety ( what about having no member of staff in building ) ?
I did appreciate that fact so I said I?m sorry but before I had time to ask where she was she just huffily said ? lesson learnt ? I?m not a child so didn?t appreciate these belittling comments ?
Badly run 3rd time going I kept letting all the bad things go as I?m local so useful too me but will definitely be my last time coming here.
I do not recommend - 2 stars are because the idea of having a pub environment while kids play safely is good. In need of updating also decor tables old ect

It?s ?okay?. My little one has fun here and if you get a pass you get 10% off in the pub.
Couple of downsides.
The staff don?t manage the parties very well. You have big kids running riot in the baby area of the soft play, hurting your babies and toddlers. I?ve had to leave 3-4 times because of it. No one seems to tell them to get out into their own section and the parents don?t care either.
They also don?t manage parents letting their kids in the softplay with food. So there are choke risks left in the baby section due to irresponsible parents letting their kids in there with unsuitably sized snacks, the younger kids are picking them up and trying to eat them! I?ve had to remove round sweets from my babies mouth when she?s crawled and found things before I spotted.
The TV is ALWAYS on. Given TV isn?t recommended for Children under 18m at all, it really shouldn?t be on during toddler take over. Every parent I?ve spoke with has an issue with it always being on with kids programmes. We aren?t here to have our kids staring at a screen. If it must be on, then put on an adult show. News or something.
Overall it?s an okay place could be better with some closer management.

Taken the children to see stitch yesterday and honestly it was brilliant ..the ladies /staff that was working were incredible. The customer service was wonderful. And the urgency to protect and help the children was fab.. my kids including myself had a wonderful time and alot of fun. The coffee and cake are an added bonus.
Thanks team at wacky warehouse. It was a great ending to the half term.

Every time we come here it's a lovely experience. The kids have a blast and Brittany is a welcoming and friendly face. Food is good pub grub and the softplay is clean.

Held my daughters 5th birthday party here at the weekend. The staff were so helpful from the booking process, invitations, all the way through to the actual party. We had exclusive use, and because of the start time (9am), they kindly swapped the usual party food to breakfast options and also catered for the parents attending. It was so easy, everything was taken care of including the party bags. Thank you.

Visit the wacky often but first time at a themed session. Tamara and Britney are both really lovely, very welcoming and do a brilliant job keeping kids entertained with games etc even on a normal day. Bit hectic at times but brilliant place for a playdate or just tiring out the kids. Highly recommend visiting!

Very short staffed, had a regular customer getting children to pick up all the balls and tidy up for the last half an hour as she 'helps out '. Children received a sticker for this. Im all for rewards for tidying up after yourselves but when you've paid for your children to play, i found this quite bad.
We were looking to order food, menus were dirty and was told by staff to try and hurry up as they dont serve food after half 6, this was at 6pm.
The man who was working was on his own for most of the time we spent there, he had to leave the play area for a few minutes to go into the main building which again was inappropriate, especially if something had have happened in there and no staff present.
I found it was unsafe and need more staff.
Overall we wont be returning

We were regular visitors but haven?t retuned for about 12 months. Sadly the areas which were worn have not been repaired and more areas of the play area are now in direpair. It all feels a bit grubby and tired. There wasn?t even any soap in the toilets. My kids love it here but I would rather take them further afield where the places are cleaner, brighter and in good order. The staff are always kind.

Have not had a carvery for some time, pub was very busy, we tried the medium one, I had some beef some gammon and some turkey, the lot would have made a sandwich just about,
shocking portions, and to top it the veg was uncooked, the spouts were like marbles, spuds and gravy were fine, I like this pub but I won't be having my Sunday dinner there any time soon

Popped in for breakfast while charging the car.
Friendly staff and well priced food. Only disappointment was that the muffin on my eggs Benedict wasn't toasted so couldn't eat it ?.
But Hubby thoroughly enjoyed his full breakfast. Food was all freshly cooked and hot
