Opening times do not show that the branch but doesn't show that cashiers are not available on certain times/dates. Suggestion should show clear advise about cashiers times etc to stop false information being relayed.

Closed my account down with no warning. I had money due to be paid in and paid out. Days later I received a letter informing me that my account was going to be closed and that Natwest could no longer provide me with their services. Left me in S**T street!

I'm currently sat in this bank for above 10 mins for a simple enquiry....instead of taking names and asking why the customers are here just serve them it would take less time and re training in customer service would be nice.

Every time I go in there there's people waiting to get served, they've got 3 cashier desks but as usual there's only 1 serving, at the same time there's people behind the screens just standing there talking just try and get your act together people want to get served and get out.
