I asked to move my old bank over to Nationwide. I had a ccard & was given a computer to add details of my other banks ccard £.
My other bank blocked the move yet my manually updated ccard balance stayed with Nationwide!!
I had in the meantime paid the ccard value to (0) Now the balance I entered has been returned as a debit back onto my old bank showing I still owe it ??. What a cock up ???? how do I get it sorted now???

Only occasionally go in the branch.

Extremely poor service! Only one at the desk. Seems a lot of moving around with nothing getting done. Then a staff member obviously arrived late offered little to no help

The lady who welcomed me in and got me seated to wait was nice but the Asian man sitting at the back was far from being helpful no smiles on his face not interacting with customers and constantly trying to find a fault so he can refuse a client! There was nothing wrong but I was given a ridiculous excuse and shoved off. Waste of time, my worst ever experience with Nationwide so far who I normally bank with. Wouldn?t go to this branch again if possible!?

I've haf to giv 1 star to leave review!..Terrible service waited over 30mins for telephone call to be answered had to trips to the building society and 10 days later still waiting for a pin reminder so i can get my money!!!!

Staff are always very friendly and professional here. Last time I went to make a deposit, a friendly lady took the time to make sure everything had gone smoothly, and even engaged in some general conversation which I thought was very humane of her.More staff like this place would make for such a welcome high street experience that I think is somewhat missing in this day and age.
