Twice I've ordered via the app for delivery, twice they've failed to give my full order to the delivery driver. When I ring up to query, I'm given the company line that they can only refund the missing items and they refuse to deliver the missing items.
Doesn't help me when I have hungry kids at home. Completely useless people working there

One particular female staff member displayed a rather unwelcoming demeanour. My meal was cold as I awaited my sauce, and when I inquired about it, I was met with a blunt and dismissive response. I must express my profound disappointment at the abysmal level of service I encountered. This was meant to be a celebratory birthday meal, yet it was thoroughly disappointing. To add insult to the appalling performance, the dishes arrived a staggering ten minutes apart, which is simply unacceptable. My friend, whose birthday it happened to be had ordered a meal and once it arrived there was no sauce they had requested. They asked for the sauce politely and were completely and utterly ignored. Unforgettably, there was no clean knives for at least ten minutes, no cheese in the kitchen while obstructed many of our meals and general appealing service. Completely and utterly unacceptable.
