Absolutely disgraceful service, waiting time and food! On arrival to drive thru, I told the guy serving that my order was wrong. I had ordered two extra hash browns, he said it was right. I was asked to park up in bay 1. Bay 1 had a cone there so I parked in bay 2. I waited 15 minutes! I went inside and my order still wasn't ready, finally after a few more minutes, my order was ready. It was missing a hash brown. A woman serving got me an extra hash brown. The food was cold and the double sausage and egg had been literally thrown together, the patties was all over the place and wrapper soaked in grease. I asked to see the manager. The manager agreed the hash browns was cold and the sausage and egg shouldn't have been presented the way that it had been. She offered to redo the order herself and t be fair she did a good job. I said head office need to supply you with more staff. I said it seems like home delivery orders are prioritised over customers that actually come to the resteraunt. She assured me that wasn't the case. She said when they say anything to head office, they just get shouted and get told to deal with it. This is disgraceful. Macdonalds billion pound industry! That cuts back penny pinching!

Time 16:45 very dirty every where form the floor to the tables I ask the staff the girl to clean she said we are busy we can?t shame on the manager and staffs the management is very poor unprofessional manager.

I waited 25 mins for 2 cheese burgers , while the drive threw was constantly moving . I know none of you have a brain but come on!!!!

This now put me off fast foods.
The food is cold.
Like all McDonald's, now the ordering system is just bonkers having to queue to order, then as opposed to them doing your order, nope, you have to queue again!
Then the order was wrong.
Wasted 30 minutes.
Won't be going again.

Very bad carpark design. They send people to wait for their order to a disabled bay. This is not good when you are disabled and have a blue badge and nowhere to park.
This needs looking at as causes problems

The worst McDonald?s to go to!
Always cold food!
Always a wait even when not busy!
Ordered a breakfast for delivery at 10:30am which normally is the only good thing from there!
Changed drivers 3 times we phoned uber driver for them to tell us as it?s now 11:20am McDonald?s are refusing to give us breakfast and they won?t be bringing it and ask for refund!!
Tried ringing McDonald?s and shock no answer!!

Emily was fantastic, took my order from the till inside right away (which is a rarity nowadays). Then also recognised that my order was too much for one person to carry so helped me carry it back to the car.

Very miserable staff. I went at 5 30 I get nobody wants to be awake that time but no excuse to be miserable to customers trying to order a simple breakfast. Also this isn't limited to this mc Donalds but this mcdonalds does it time and time again, you order a mc flurry at drive through behind a queue and when you collect from the window it's half melted. Bearing in mind you probably want to drive home eat your food before having your flurry which by then it's just milk with bits in. I really don't mind waiting like 2 mins at the window for someone to make it while I'm there not while im 10 to 15 min away in a queue.
Food always missing or cold, 9.9/10 there's an issue with your oder from here. Potentially the worst mcdonald's in the country as I can't imagine any other branch being as inept and useless.
