Just had coffee and cheese burger in drive through. The latte was beautiful, the burger was flat, cool with just a little ketchup on. If I hadn't have been in a rush I would have returned it.

Clean environment, food is packaged correctly and sauces and straws was provided, only downfall was hearing staff members talking about other staff members while waiting to receive our food.

I recently ordered breakfast from this McDonald store, and it was a disappointing experience. Even after long wait food was cold, The staff were disorganized and indifferent, offering no updates or apologies for the delay. The overall lack of care and quality has ensured I won?t be ordering from here again

Placed my order through drive through and ask for chicken nuggets and chip and only got the chicken nuggets they are constantly getting order wrong ect I am totally not happy I shall be going eles were from now on.

Order through the app for drive thru and every time you have to park up it?s a joke place is full of mongholes , if you want your order wrong,cold and served by an idiot then definitely come here

Avoid avoid avoid ???? I don?t normal paint a negative picture of places I?ve been but this one takes the biscuit.
Everyone time I?ve been numerous issues occur .
1.Received wrong orders
2.Charged twice (never corrected)
3.Returned back to the restaurant to correct an order which I?ve previously had corrected cause it was still wrong.
This could have been much worse if I hadn?t of checked it again. (Allergic)
I?m not going to go into details as this would be a boring story. Number of times I?ve contacted the store with no answer and even one staff member said ?they never pick up the phones anyway you are wasting you?re time?
Poor show guys
save time money and stress and take your custom else where.

I ordered online and I got wrong order and I?m calling they aren?t receiving my call, I ordered mcspicy large meal and apple pie. They delivered me 3 cold drinks and 2 McFlurry. I?m on night shift and hungry. Zero customer service. I will never order it again

We rarely get a take away but been busy we decided to give our local Mc?s another visit (previous ones have been a let down) .
We seem to visit at around the same time from 6pm. Ever since home deliveries became a thing it?s clear that these are prioritised over walk ins.
When the food final arrived we took it home , less than a 2 minute drive ? mostly cold . The last time we tried from here we had the same problem.
They need more staff and less leaving the food to go cold between orders
Parking: Average number of parking spaces but come the busy meal times there?s an awful lot of delivery drivers

Same as any other McDonald's. Food was good and reasonably priced, only problem it was only warm by the time I got home. Put it in the microwave for 20 secs and it was warm enough, though not sure this is a good idea ?
Wheelchair accessibility: On the ground floor so no steps and easy access to the McDonald's. Not sure if the screen is too high for wheelchair usage? Would suggest you order at counter or drive through.
