Disguising attitude from staff explained I?ve been waiting in my car 25 mins and waited another 15 mins for my Food, it came out just warm complained again then ended up waiting another 20 mins for my new food , another 3 people behind me had also been waiting the same as me , no sorry no nothing , won?t be using this McDonald?s again

Had to wait ages at drive through speaker till someone came and took order. He wasn't paying any attention at the window either (there was only 1 other car coming through drive through. Then had to park up and wait 10 mins for the order to be brought out. This is the 2nd time in a row this has happened and it was not busy in the slightest.

Fries unsalted and stone cold from drive thru. Spoilt the meal.

Absolutely abysmal, the fries were cold and got less than half a portion (see picture), chicken wrap was stone cold and came with cucumber despite requesting it without. Drinks had no ice (McDonald's drinks are disgusting without ice)!
This will be a McDonald's I will never visit again and would advise anyone that wants a somewhat edible McDonald's to go elsewhere!
Vegetarian options: It's McDonald's!
Dietary restrictions: Probably won't get your order right if you request it without something!
Parking: The car park was small and hardly any bins for the rubbish

The only reason I rated it a one is because I couldn't put a zero I asked for some ketchup (ours that we ordered wasn't on our tray) and they said do it your self but the pumps didn't work on the machine, Kerry literally threw the one pot of ketchup (how kind!) into my hand and said the pump is rubbish- was I meant to fix it myself!? You would think she had to pay for the ketchup the way she launched it at us. Merry Christmas to all, the best customer service we had today was from the machine that I entered the order on myself.

Absolutely merry xmas ....kerry cleaning up person ...we asked for some ketchup which we had already ordered and didn't receive ...told to help ourselves at the pump ...it didnt work....asked another member of staff slapped a pot in my hand and said the ketchup bag is full its the pump ...my thoughts mend the pump asap so kerry doesnt have to interact with any more customers.....

Utter junk.
Too busy serving drive thru to deal with the 8 deep queue at the counter. Me and my 3 kids left before being seen.
Went to KFC instead, served in a couple of minutes.

When it states its open 24hrs but you have to sit on the carpark for over 20mins for someone to open the drive through while they stand and chat inside. Not a good start!!

Went to the drive through as it was 11.15pm. Polite girls at the windows, but was asked to park and would bring food out. Couple of cars behind us also came and parked up. Waited ages to see a guy come out and then proceed to have a chat with someone in one of the cars that parked after us. By the time he had finished his chat and wandered over with our food it was good 5/10 minutes. He did ask me to check it was correct so we left. Unfortunately when we started to eat our meal the fries were cold, the Big Macs weren?t even made correctly burgers stuck together not between buns, hardly any salad or relish and was also luke warm. Two drinks not identified as Coke Zero or Diet either and both flat. Pretty poor and not what you expect from MacDonalds. Don?t bother with this outlet, particularly late at night. ?
