Never ever been to a machismo where your order isn't filled you have to wait at least 20mins only to find out that it hasn't been made up,because their filling the drive thu orders first I really don't recommend this place at all and the burger was cold and the bacon barely cooked don't waste your time money or effort give it a wide birth 0 out of 10

Ordered delivery and a burger was missing not the first time so I won't be ordering for delivery again. Complained and apparently they will refund us but still waiting on the last refund to go into the account. Don't understand how they can pass the blame onto uber they don't pack the food/bags

My partner placed an order on the McDonald's app. When the order arrived we was missing a chicken big mac. This is not the first time it has happened we placed an order about a month ago and we was missing the chicken big mac we have not received a refund yet either spoke with uber eats who said I need to contact McDonald's. I have tried to phone Mcdonalds bescot but good luck with that they either don't answer the phone or Answer and put the phone straight down. Will not be ordering from the McDonald's app again
