The shop is large and open space.

Marvellous Matalan. This stores is an absolute treat. Great choice. Great Staff and I'll be returning once I get the chance. Full to the top of well priced (if not total bargins) itesm. Much better than all of the prebious Matalan stores i've visited. Plus the stores was spotless.

Customer service needs improving. I took an item back for an exchange as I didn?t have receipt. But the woman on tolls said they could exchange the item on the sale price and not the original price, I asked what the item was priced at and she said X amount but didn?t say that was the *sale price.
Looked around the store and was quite disappointed about the lack of girls clothes in, 2/3 lots of trainers and all high tops too. Even the underwear was either age 2-3 or 8-10 onwards, nothing in between sizes.

We bought some items on the 22nd December 2024. The first item on the receipt was a mirror for my daughter. When we came to wrap the presents on Christmas Eve, the mirror was missing. I went back today, Boxing Day, with the receipt, thinking that there would be little chance of getting any help. Donna was extremely helpful, and phoned the office, where they checked the camera (presumably CCTV). Donna then allowed me to get a mirror from stock, without any problem at all. I would like to personally thank Donna, and the office staff, for their help, on a very busy day, you are all wonderful. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE. ??
