Twice filled out a form to get a cheque made out to our account in US Dollars converted & paid into account. Both times Lloyds Bank sent the form back with the cheque. The form was filled out on the advice of branch staff both times.
I wanted now to close the account & avoid fees which Lloyds have introduced for business accounts. Filled out the form to do this after 2 signatures from 2 different directors, dropped it off at this branch. Have been getting charged fees last few months as Lloyds Head office haven't got the form on their records. So I will take more fees until I can get 2 director signatures again
Lloyds bank is broken. The branch staff are lovely when you speak to them. But something is broken in their banking system.
Will never bank with Lloyds again

went in to discuss my card being blocked. Was passed on by a lady: tall, tan, dark brown hair, all was fine. then after a stressful situation, and being left on the phone to someone on my own, i went to the desk to ask what i needed to do next. the same woman was standing there and i politely said ?excuse me? she looked at me, shook her head and turned back around. i was trying to talk to her and she was ignoring me, leaving me confused. she pointed at where i needed to go but that didn?t help. another girl then came up to me and asked me if i was alright. i then explained what had happened and how she was rude to me, i looked at the woman at the till and she was just staring blankly at me. i then left in a panic. being in a stressful situation already, she made it worse. you should always be kind, you never know what someone?s going through.

Business Account blocked been told to go visit bank.
Everyone in bank worried about going home then helping a customer.
Avoid try Barclays near by and better service.
Even manager don?t have clue whats happening.

Me and my husband had an appointment today with Manvinder to open a joint account. I'm an NHS key worker who took time off in the morning to get to this appointment and my husband being an NHS key worker aswell booked off annual leave. We was told his of sick and no phone calls was made to us not to attend our appointment. So ridiculous. The customer service here is ridiculous. Surely your staff here need to be trained more when situations like this happen other members of staff being able to take their spot. Worse Bank ever. Do not open an account with this branch in walsall.
