They refuse to fix anything that is required (my friends house). Had to have the council get involved which they are looking to fine the landlord as a result of neglect. If you have a boiler problem, good luck you?ll be left to freeze in minus conditions.

Amazing!! Me and my partner moved into our first home through this agency and Niomi has been amazing from the very second we showed interest. Always there to answer any questions and offer advise. You've Tried the Rest now try the Best. I would definitely recommend. I've been with let's move in for a long time now and wouldn't go anywhere else Naomi and Ricky are always at the end of the phone day or night if you have any problems it's sorted straight away and they even go that extra mile to help you. A friendly service that made what could be a stressful time very easy and relaxed. Naomi did all the Hard work for us and got us in our new home for Christmas, and we received a moving welcome pack too. As we moved in Naomi was very responsive to any issues we had and very prompt in sorting them out. Thank you for your help and service we are glad to be looked after by yourselves.

We can't rate Naomi and her team highly enough- five stars are simply not enough!Naomi went out of her way to help us sell a property in Bloxwich- which she did quickly ,and as we live out of area, was incredibly helpful in arranging assistance for us with minor repairs and renovations,house clearance etc and even organised getting a Gas Certificate done on our behalf.We don't believe we would have got anywhere near this level of service from any other estate agent in Walsall- or anywhere else for that matter, and consider ourselves very lucky to have found her.If you are selling a property in the area you would be foolish to go anywhere else. Thank you once again Naomi!

Been with Let's move in Bloxwich for a while. They originally found me my perfect property to rent.. Recently had some issues with my plug sockets. Naomi and the team soon got a great electrician round to sort them for me. No job seems too big or small.. And really friendly customer care. Thanks guys much appreciated.
