Doesn't even deserve 1 star to be fair. Doctors are useless. I had a student doctor diagnose my 5 year old wrong with his asthma turned out it was his tonsils! Reception staff have always been brilliant though

Terrible surgery .doctors don?t even take the time to give you a call back anymore .they pass it onto the receptionists for them to call you back .doctors read my online form and decided it was ok to give me an appointment in a weeks time ,for me it?s just laziness .and it?s not good enough .they aren?t like doctors years ago that?s for sure .,some of the staff are great .but to have to share information with the receptionists like these force you too isn?t right or acceptable .i would recommend finding a different doctors as this doctors is enough to give you mental health problems .or add to them if you already have themUpdate ,so went to the hospital as advised and the hospital prescribed me 30/500 co codamols for the pain relief .i have since asked my doctor for some more(or should I say the doctors receptionist as the doctors don?t talk to there patients anymore )and because the hospital haven?t let them know they won?t prescribe me the same medication.even though I was sent there on there advice because they were too lazy to call me back.so now I have to put up with the pain I?m in because of there negligence.i shall be filing a complaint over this .as its not right.and to reply to me in a txt to tell me I can?t have them is disgusting too

The doctor should have called regarding my autistic son never called so I called the next day they said he would call this afternoon guess what he didn't my son has been ill for 3 weeks now and isn't being treated by his doctor properly disgusting to treat a child with severe anxiety and autism I am very angry about the way he has been treated absolute disgrace

Some doctors very good here, but service as a whole is poor. Logging multiple tickets with no real response.Even the reply to this review (if there is one) will be generic with no name, no accountability for the poor service.

Lovey staff members, always very helpful and informative. Have had a few doctors appointments and I feel like I have been treated fairly and appropriately with great level of care.

Needed an appointment with the GP got a call back 1 week later with a pharmacist. My condition required a GP diagnosis!!!

Was quite disappointed with my experience, was unable to do an on line appointment due to network issues, so telephoned the surgery, for the appointment, I felt I was being scolded for not doing it myself, then had to wait for over 6 hours for the gp review to call back, to then be informed after discussion I could have an appointment in a week with the nurse, its left me feeling my medical issues are the bottom of the list ??

Absolutely terrible service, had an ear infection start Thursday stared with over counter problems but still no joy, Monday woke up with my ear bleeding called at 8 am I was on hold for over hr so decided to pop in, the lady on desk was soooo rude and said can?t help call the surgery and I showerd I?m still on hold this was hr and 40min ? I was not happy I pay my nhs and hardly use the service I can?t remember the last time I went to the doctors!The doctors I can?t say a bad word about but the staff need to learn some customer service skills and not think they?re doctors !After going to the walk-in they told me was a bad infection which could of caused blood infectionNever again

Never had a problem with any members of staff, always managed to get through to surgery, always had a call back, and if needed have been seen face to face. Very satisfied.

I have to have a medication review every 2 months. Two days ago I had someone ring me who was clearly agency staff, he didn?t even introduce himself so when I asked if he was a Doctor he told me no, he was a pharmacist. OK that?s fine, just a little unprofessional not even introducing yourself at the start of the call. He ?reviewing? me (tick box exercise more like) and said he would send over my prescription to JDoctor Pharmacy next door to Kingfisher as I was due to run out of tablets the next day and given the nature of the medication they will only review/prescribe them the day before.. I went to collect my medication yesterday and AGAIN my prescription had not been sent across to the pharmacy. The GP practice was closed so I couldn?t even speak to anyone. It?s a type of medication where I am not able to miss a day.The pharmacy (thankfully) did me an emergency 2 day lot of tablets but really that?s beside the point. Now I have to call up the GP practice AGAIN (wait on the phone for someone to answer for 30 minutes) to get this sorted and find the time to go back up the pharmacy to try and get my medication in between work.I work as a professional practitioner within the NHS myself and have to say I can fully appreciate why so many patients just give up taking their medication and become unwell as a result, because they can?t deal with the stress/anxiety of having to chase up people who are paid to hold a responsibility of patient care and yet fail to do this, more often that not these staff appear to be bank/agency/ cover staff who don?t seem to care less about patients and come across as very un-empathetic.I am considering looking for a new GP practice now.
