Can?t rate the food as I didn?t receive any! Ordered £40 worth of food through your app, must have given the driver the wrong order and then received the wrong order before taking it back and then I never received my order and no contact of not receiving my order and I can?t even get a refund because the driver demanded the code. Absolute joke

The 2 lads on drive through managing to get the lad on windows name which was Alfie and the other lad tall blonde lad with glasses think his name was josh, unbelievable service, on my previous visits to kfc I had a few issues but these 2 lads wouldn?t have made my experience better, were friendly, helpful and seemed very funny as well having a laugh with me instead of just slamming the window on my face like normal. It?s just a shame that after I?d received my food and ate it in the car park, I came inside to use the toilet and discovered a rather large poo in the men?s urinal and it almost made chuck my guts up, netherless the 2 young lads were on hand to open the disabled toilet for me, unreal service and fantastic experience

I'm seriously surprised. It was a decent amount of food for the money, and it tasted pretty good. Looking back at my previous post about BK, they are defo out now, and Maccies might not get a look in for a while, too ???. I might buy that again £7.97. This is a really relaxed place, great music in the background and fast touchscreen order points with plenty of juicy pictures of the menu. I'm liking this. A good 4. Well done

I frequent this KFC very regularly and the staff are absolutely shocking. If you wish to pay at the counter you are met with a very long wait as they try to juggle seemingly infinite responsibilities. Once you have ordered you could butcher the chicken and slow roast it quicker than it comes from the kitchen. The staff have little training on the till system and certain discount codes, this isn?t their fault they just need training. 10/10 would not recommend
