"I ordered a pair of trainers to be picked up in-store before Christmas, but they arrived in the wrong color. I was advised to get a refund and place a new order. I followed those instructions, only for the new pair to arrive in a different color yet again. Instead of simply processing the refund and reorder, I was informed that the correct color had been ordered. However, upon checking the delivery status, I discovered that the order had been canceled, and I now need to go into the store for a refund. I am extremely frustrated with JD's service; it shouldn't be this difficult to get an order right."

I?m abit confused about all the negative reviews on Rebecca. I came on here to give her a nice review as she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me when I visited the store. Very professional and had a lot of time for me. Thanks Rebecca for a great shopping experience :)

Ion know her name forgot, but she helped me order something n calmed me down so much. I appreciate her alot, never knew what a panic attack was until the girl took me out of it, friendly staff. especially on the tills with their advice. was all so patient wimmie.

Helpful staff. I was able to return a t-shirt that I bought online as it was too big at the store. Staff handled the return process professionally, with a friendly manner.
