I just been to the store in Walsall town centre today. Extremely rude staff. Particularly the male cashier. I would leave a zero review if that was a option. It's not the first time by the 3rd, it's always him. I left took my money elsewhere, Boots and super drug in Walsall, great customer service with a smile and both boots and supergrug are happy to help. I am spending my money and you given me a horrible attitude.??

Nice range of products especially for health and fitness, and also good customer service from Lucy i believe, who helped me with my issue with a click and collect order.

Well what can I say everytime I've been into the walsall branch the staff have always been very helpfull friendly and knowledgeable and attentive we used to to our windsor branch who I always thought was ace service but the girls in walsall branch absolutely lovely and helpful

I would like to say what an absolute pleasure it was to shop in Holland & Barrett. I particularly wanted some advise on what to buy for a personal matter. I was quickly looked after by a lovely lady called Sara who went above and beyond to help me, I could not have wished for better service.
Absolutely 10/10 for customer service, a credit to Holland & Barrett.

Unprofessional behaviour. The workers were discussing people they had interviewed. They were saying negative things like, as soon as they walked through the door I knew and discussing what the person was wearing etc. I don't want to shop where the workers are not being very nice! I was here Tuesday 22nd October, early morning.

Ordered online for 1st time, followed steps, created account. Put details in and order was completed.It was only then it showed a notice "20% off 1st order" online I've lost £9.60 feel cheated they should show you this before your order is made.Too late now for me, I'm posting so others might save. Good luck.

Store assistant: June @ Walsall branch . June has an aura of an angel. She is highly qualified in the field of customer service and herbal remedies.
